Shipping & Returns


All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We use Royal Mail for all our orders, standard will be 2nd class and express will be 1st class. This might mean there isn't tracking information available. Please select the tracked option at checkout is you wish to track your item. 


For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for domestic and international orders. Some items have free shipping. You can also qualify for free shipping by spending £20 [domestic] and £40 [international].


Free local delivery is offered to those who live in a NN12 postcode. These deliveries will be made after 6pm on weekdays or between 9am - 6pm on weekends. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you have provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


All products on this website are non-returnable, non-refundable.

However, if your product is damaged, you are eligible to submit a request to have a replacement of the item you purchased delivered to you, at no additional cost to yourself. In order to be eligible for this, you must submit a request to within 14 days of product purchase. There must be adequate photographic evidence as proof of damage, and you must provide proof of purchase. We reserve the right to reject your request if we believe it to be fraudulent, or if we believe the product has been intentionally damaged whilst in your possession.

After 15 days Has passed, you will no longer be eligible to submit your claim.
